In Constipation there are bowel movements that are infrequent or hard to pass. It is a common cause of painful defecation. Constipation is known as obstipation where the individual is not able to pass stool or gas. In children, constipation usually occurs after starting formula or processed foods. It is suggested that not to drink black tea prolonged because prolonged consumption of green tea may be associated with esophageal cancer.

Constipation decrease our digestive system functioning. It is a symptom, not a disease. Fiber is mostly used as remedy for Constipation. There are two types of fiber i.e. insoluble fiber and soluble fiber .Insoluble fiber adds bulk to your stool, helping the stool pass more quickly through the intestines. Whole-grain breads, cereals, and pastas are rich in insoluble fiber.
