#1. Take a break :

Taking a break will surely make you feel better. Sit back and relax for some time. Give time for you to calm down and see the things in different ways. It will surely reduce your pain and better thoughts will start coming.

It’s the time to reintroduce yourself and for that you have to think the goals you had set in life. For having good grasp on what exactly is going on just step away from everything which makes you feel down. Thinking about your goal will give you a confidence you need to change the situation.
